But that's just geography, we think we have to try a bit harder than that. And we do. Everything we do here comes down to this: it might be another day at work for us, but for you it'll be one of the most special you'll spend all year. This means paying attention to detail: we know a dirty wine glass or sand in the shower-tray is more likely to spoil your day than an afternoon's indifferent weather. It means sharing our knowledge and love of Cornwall. It means trying to be as sustainable as we can. Cornwall's beauty brings millions here; unless sustainability runs through everything we do, then pretty soon there won't be much beauty left.
